How we handle your information

Confidentiality is central to clinical care. This page describes our approach in general terms; the formal notice will be published once approved.

Clinical confidentiality

Clinical information shared with Ciba is handled in line with professional confidentiality standards. We explain who is involved in your care and why, and we seek your consent before sharing information with family members or other professionals — other than where there is a serious risk to safety.

Website enquiries

Forms on this website are intended for scheduling and general enquiries. Please do not include detailed clinical information in a web form. Enquiry handling and data-retention arrangements will be described in the published privacy notice.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or withdraw consent to information sharing. Requests are handled by our care coordination team.

Formal privacy notice and data-protection statement

The full privacy notice — legal basis for processing, data categories, retention periods, third-party processors, patient rights, complaint routes and data-protection contact — must be supplied and legally reviewed by Ciba before publication. No compliance or certification claims are made on this page.
